This page explains how cancellation, billing errors, and refund requests are handled for Reworkin subscriptions.
Reworkin subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel future renewals at any time through the billing portal inside your account settings.
Cancellation
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period and will not renew after that point.
Standard refunds
Unless required by law, we do not automatically provide partial refunds for unused time in an active subscription period. This is a digital subscription service with immediate access to paid features after purchase.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or experienced a technical issue during checkout, contact hello@reworkin.com and we will review it promptly.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
