Site Manager

<p>We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team based on an Education project in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. This is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position for 52 weeks to see the project through to completion and handover. </p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Great Yarmouth, Norfolk<strong>Hours:</strong> 42.5 per week - This is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position for 52 weeks to see the project through to completion and handover. <strong>Project:</strong> &#163;50m Education project in Great Yarmouth</p> <p><strong>We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.</strong></p> <p>As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in bringing projects to life, managing operational resources to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery. Working closely with your team and clients, you'll create positive outcomes while maximising customer satisfaction and project success. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.</p> <p><strong>What will you be responsible for?</strong></p> <p>As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering exceptional projects. Your day to day will include:</p> <ul> <li>Implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies across the site</li><li>Leading, motivating, and supporting operational staff to achieve their best</li><li>Managing relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication</li><li>Overseeing the operational project plan and ensuring compliance with contractual terms</li><li>Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards</li></ul> <p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p> <p>This role of Site Manager is great for you if:</p> <ul> <li>You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification</li><li>You have proven experience in a site management role</li><li>You're working towards or hold professional membership with a relevant body</li><li>You're an excellent communicator who can influence and build relationships at all levels</li><li>You're highly organised, driven, and focused on achieving outstanding customer satisfaction</li></ul> <p>We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
