Service Now Developer

<p><strong>ServiceNow Developer</strong></p> <p><strong>12 month contract - Inside IR35</strong></p> <p><strong>&#163;600-700 per day DOE</strong></p> <p><strong>Mostly remote </strong></p> <p>We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer to join a global technology organisation within a Partner Platform team. This platform is used worldwide by content providers to manage and deliver digital content, including media and entertainment assets. The role is a 12 month contract to begin with, inside IR35. It is offered mostly remote with the team only attending the london office twice per month.</p> <p>You must have the full right to work in the UK to apply for this role</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and comfortable collaborating with both local and remote teams.</p> <strong>Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Demonstrate proven development and implementation experience across the ServiceNow platform</li><li>Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities and best practices</li><li>Engage with stakeholders in a consultative and influential manner</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Plan, estimate, and scope platform changes</li><li>Design, build, and implement enhancements to the platform</li></ul> <strong>Required Experience</strong> <ul> <li>5&#43; years of ServiceNow development experience</li><li>Strong experience with Service Portal development</li></ul> <strong>Desirable Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)</li><li>ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification</li><li>Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments</li></ul> <strong>Personal Attributes</strong> <ul> <li>Strong problem-solving mindset</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Comfortable working under project deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul> <strong>Technical Skills</strong> <ul> <li>Strong ServiceNow development experience (3&#43; years)</li><li>Hands-on experience with Service Portal</li><li>Solid background in web technologies including HTML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, HTTP, and REST/SOAP</li><li>Experience with ServiceNow integrations</li><li>Ability to work in Agile environments</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul> <strong>Additional Desirable Skills</strong> <ul> <li>Experience with the ServiceNow Customer Service Management module</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence</li><li>Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe</li></ul> <strong>Certifications (Desirable)</strong> <ul> <li>ServiceNow Certified Application Developer</li><li>ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)</li></ul> <p>Sphere Digital Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</p>
