The Role As a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Recovery, youll play a vital role across the patient pathway, delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will: Provide high-quality, patient-centred care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient journeys. Contribute to clinical audits, research, and service development initiatives. Support safe, efficient theatre operations and optimal use of resources. Help create a positive, empathetic environment for patients, colleagues, and visitors What Makes This Role Different? About You You are a dedicated and motivated practitioner with a genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care. Essential: Registered Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP Level 3) Previous experience in a theatre environment Previous recovery experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based care Desirable: Orthopaedic experience Mentorship or clinical supervision qualification Evidence of continued professional development. Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (4 days a week 8am to 6pm) Salary: up to £42,198.00 per annum, depending on experience Right to work in the UK In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencing employment. We have assessed this role and it does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route. As such, we will not be accepting any visa sponsorships for this role , and candidates must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK independently, without sponsorship from Horder Healthcare.
