Job summary

Lead and develop Taurus Healthcares Neurodiverse Services portfolio, including Adult ADHD, Adult Autism, Children's ADHD and Children's Autism services. Drive the mobilisation, implementation and ongoing management of new neurodevelopmental services and pathways across Herefordshire. Provide day-to-day operational leadership, ensuring services are safe, effective, efficient and patient-centred. Develop and deliver service transformation programmes that improve access, reduce waiting times and enhance patient outcomes. Monitor demand, capacity, referrals and waiting lists, ensuring services achieve performance targets and contractual requirements. Establish and oversee robust governance, operational procedures, risk management and quality assurance processes. Lead workforce planning, recruitment, staff management and service resilience across neurodiverse services. Develop and maintain performance frameworks, dashboards and KPI reporting to support service improvement and accountability. Manage budgets, financial performance, invoicing processes and income recovery, ensuring services operate sustainably and deliver value for money. Work collaboratively with clinical leaders, commissioners, NHS partners, education providers, social care and voluntary sector organisations to create integrated care pathways. Lead the development of innovative wrap-around support services, including wellbeing, peer support, health coaching and family support initiatives. Ensure the voices of neurodivergent people, families and carers directly influence service design, delivery and continuous improvement through co-production. Maintain high standards of clinical governance, patient safety, safeguarding and regulatory compliance across all services. Represent Taurus Healthcare at senior stakeholder and system-wide meetings, influencing the future direction of neurodevelopmental care across Herefordshire.
