Lead Clinical Pharmacist

We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced pharmacist to join our expanding homecare team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional, with a desire to thrive, learn and innovate. Applicants should have excellent communication and organisational skills, an ability to prioritise, plan and direct workload and have experience of supporting and developing colleagues. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering and developing safe and effective comprehensive homecare services; and support the commissioning processes of high cost drugs.
