We have a culture of empowering exceptional people to become the best version of themselves.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p> <p>The IT & Infrastructure team help facilitate the productivity of all business functions by overseeing the delivery, management and support of all IT-related systems and applications. As an Junior IT Support Analyst, you’ll become an integral team member, providing hands-on and remote support for desktop services and telecoms systems.</p> <p>This role is particularly suited to a self-starter with good problem-solving skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for all staff with a query about technology, having an immediate impact on the service to the business and being the face of technology within Dare.</p> <p>• Take responsibility for responding to user queries and escalating to 3rd line when required.</p> <p>• Be the primary contact for logging support incidents and requests from end users, keeping users updated with incident progress and upholding the highest standard of professional service.</p> <p>• Imaging and deployment of Windows desktop and laptop machines, as well as tracking of assets from onboarding to deprovisioning—lifecycle management.</p> <p>• Onboarding and offboarding of new and departing employees, including user account administration.</p> <p>• Producing clear and concise documentation and procedures for administrative tasks.</p> <p>• Provide support for various in-house and 3rd party trading applications within defined SLAs.</p> <p>• Understanding user requirements and being able to prioritise and escalate issues as required.</p> <p>• Testing and evaluating new technology.</p> <p>• Ensuring Audio/Video systems are operational and maintained.</p> <p>• Logging all calls on the call logging system and proactively seeking to reduce reoccurring issues.</p> <p>• Carrying out routine maintenance tasks as required.</p> <p>• Managing desk moves and changes as required by the business.</p> <p>• Maintaining asset stock levels to ensure availability and resilience.</p> <p>• Monitoring critical escalation channels and picking up the calls within defined SLAs.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll bring</strong></p> <p>• Experience supporting Microsoft domain, server stack and Office 365 accounts and services.</p> <p>• Experience with supporting and provisioning mobile devices.</p> <p>• Experience with Active Directory management experience.</p> <p>• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking issues.</p> <p>• Experience supporting and troubleshooting printers and copiers.</p> <p>• Previous experience with demanding service levels and use of ticketing systems.</p> <p>• An ability to participate in shift and on-call rota to support business and trade priorities.</p> <p>• Ability to prioritise issue resolution based on business risk.</p> <p>• Ability to effectively capture user requirements and propose suitable solutions.</p> <p>• Proven ability to handle challenging, rapid-response user support.</p> <p>• Previous trade floor support experience or experience in a financial institution.</p> <p><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <p>• Azure Active Directory / AWS.</p> <p>• Scripting (Powershell, VBA etc.).</p> <p>• Knowledge of basic trading concepts.</p> <p><strong>Benefits & perks</strong></p> <p>• Competitive salary</p> <p>• Vitality health insurance and dental cover</p> <p>• 38 days of holiday (including bank holidays)</p> <p>• Pension scheme</p> <p>• Annual Bluecrest health checks</p> <p>• A personal learning & development budget of £5000</p> <p>• Free gym membership</p> <p>• Specsavers vouchers</p> <p>• Enhanced family leave</p> <p>• Cycle to Work scheme</p> <p>• Credited Deliveroo dinner account</p> <p>• Office massage therapy</p> <p>• Freshly served office breakfast twice a week</p> <p>• Fully stocked fridge and pantry</p> <p>• Social events and a games room</p> <p><strong>Diversity matters</strong></p> <p>We believe in a workplace where our people can fulfil their potential, whatever their background or whomever they are.
