Investment Manager Vice President/Senior Associate, Natural Capital, London

<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Source, evaluate, and execute investments in landscape and seascape restoration projects across the UK</li><li>Conduct commercial and financial due diligence on restoration opportunities, assessing revenue potential from ecosystem service agreements</li><li>Build investment-grade financial models incorporating long-term contracted payments from corporate buyers, water companies, and other offtakers</li><li>Structure deals and negotiate terms with project developers, landowners, and ecosystem service purchasers</li><li>Develop investment cases and present opportunities to the investment committee</li><li>Monitor portfolio company performance across financial, environmental, and social KPIs</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with corporates seeking to secure ecosystem services critical to their operations</li><li>Identify market opportunities as the payment for ecosystem services framework evolves</li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong experience in infrastructure equity, real estate equity, private equity, or growth equity</li><li>Strong financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring skills</li><li>Proven track record of sourcing, executing, and managing investments</li><li>Experience conducting commercial due diligence and negotiating transaction terms</li><li>Genuine interest in transitioning investment skills toward environmental and social impact</li></ul>
