Head of Clinical Services

Requiring strong and empathetic leadership, the role of the Head of Clinical Services will work to ensure that the highest standards of care and safety are continually delivered to both patients and employees. Holding excellent communication, leadership and operational management skills, you will be a visible leader, encouraging staff to contribute to service plans and ensuring a high quality and efficient approach to service delivery, including remaining calm and controlled and solution focused in times of difficulty.
