<p>Job Title: Facilities/Building Documentation Writer</p> <p>Start: Immediate Start - Next Week</p> <p>Duration: 3-6 months</p> <p>Location: Soho, London</p> <p>Pattern: Hybrid (3 days from office / 2 days from home)</p> <p>Salary: £19 - £25 per hour</p> <p><br /></p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We are looking for someone with facilities / building services experience who also has strong skills in creating clear, user-friendly documentation. This role is perfect for someone who has previously produced O&M content, SOPs, site manuals, operational guidelines or building-related user guides - and who enjoys turning technical building information into simple, visually clear PowerPoint guides.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>You will be responsible for creating a set of Building User Guides (BUGs) for several sites in the luxury fitness industry. These guides will help clubs operate their buildings safely and confidently on a day-to-day basis.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Creating clear, user-friendly PowerPoint-based building guides for multiple club sites</li><li>Turning technical MEP / building services information into simple operational content</li><li>Reviewing as-built info, site plans, and existing O&M material</li><li>Gathering missing information from contractors, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams</li><li>Visiting sites to validate building layouts and confirm service locations</li><li>Building a consistent template and structure for all BUGs</li><li>Identifying gaps or discrepancies in building documentation</li><li>Working independently to drive the documentation project forward</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p>We're Looking For…Someone who has created documentation such as:</p> <ul> <li>O&M manuals (written or co-written)</li><li>Building manuals</li><li>SOPs / Standard operating procedures</li><li>Site guides</li><li>FM / property documentation</li><li>Technical instructions for building systems</li></ul> <p>Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
