<p><strong>ANS Architect</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Remote </p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Join Comms-care, part of Ingram Micro’s managed services organisation, where as an ANS Architect, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers design and secure modern application environments. This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you’ll take time to understand what organisations really need, then design practical, secure solutions using VMware vDefend and Avi.</p> <p>You’ll be a trusted technical voice, guiding customers through Zero Trust, application security, and networking decisions that have a real impact on their platforms. From shaping overall architecture to providing design oversight, you’ll help ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and fit for the long term.</p> <p><strong><em>What your role as an ANS Architect will involve:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Understanding customer requirements and identifying where ANS technologies can best support them </li><li>Advising customers on Zero Trust principles, application security, and industry best practices </li><li>Designing application delivery and security architectures using VMware vDefend and Avi </li><li>Creating scalable micro-segmentation and distributed firewall designs </li><li>Architecting Advanced Threat Detection integrations and operational workflows </li><li>Designing Avi ALB solutions that deliver high availability, performance, and resilience </li><li>Producing clear high-level and low-level design documentation (HLD / LLD) </li><li>Reviewing and approving implementation designs and technical changes </li><li>Providing technical leadership and architectural guidance across customer engagements</li></ul> <p><strong><em>To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Solid architectural experience with VMware NSX, vDefend, and Avi </li><li>A background designing security and networking solutions in large or complex environments </li><li>The ability to balance security, performance, and operational simplicity </li><li>Experience working across hybrid and multi-cloud environments</li></ul> <p><strong>We Are Ingram Micro:</strong></p> <p>Ingram Micro is a leading technology company for the global information technology ecosystem.
