<p>An exciting <strong>Associate Director, Analytics</strong> role with a global media and marketing organisation in <strong>London</strong> is looking for an experienced analytics leader to join their global insights team.</p> <ul> <li>Based in London</li><li>Hybrid working - approx. 4 days a week in the office</li><li>Contract length: 2 months initially</li><li>Start date: ASAP </li><li>Up to &#163;425pd </li></ul> <strong>The Job</strong> <p>As the <strong>Associate Director, Analytics</strong>, your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Partnering with senior analytics leadership to develop and roll out global measurement frameworks</li><li>Ensuring consistent media effectiveness and analytics approaches across regional and local markets</li><li>Leading campaign measurement, effectiveness analysis, and experimentation (brand and performance)</li><li>Developing standardised analytics tools and methodologies, including AI driven solutions</li><li>Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders</li><li>Acting as a trusted day to day analytics contact for global clients</li><li>Advising teams on media platform testing, targeting, and measurement best practice</li><li>Managing third party measurement partners, including scopes of work and delivery</li><li>Working closely with data engineering teams on automation and integration strategies</li><li>Contributing to wider analytics and data strategy across the organisation</li></ul> <strong>You</strong> <ul> <li>Strong quantitative background with a degree in a numerical or analytical discipline</li><li>Significant experience in analytics, measurement, or data science within media or marketing</li><li>Deep understanding of media effectiveness, incrementality, and experimentation methodologies</li><li>Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and experimental design</li><li>Confident working with large datasets and drawing robust conclusions</li><li>Proficient in SQL and Python or R</li><li>Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non technical audiences</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities</li><li>Experience mentoring or leading others, with a collaborative and empathetic approach</li></ul> <strong>Apply Now</strong> <p>You can apply for the <strong>Associate Director, Analytics</strong> position now by sending us your CV or by calling us today.
